An opportunity exists for a Property Manager to join a high-performing, national property investment and funds management platform on a 9 month contract basis. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of a premium office portfolio in Brisbane CBD, delivering strong financial performance while providing an exceptional tenant experience.

This position would suit a commercially astute Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced institutional workplace and enjoys balancing financial management, tenant engagement, and asset strategy execution.

The Role

You will take accountability for the operational and financial performance of your allocated office assets, working closely with the Asset Manager and supported by an Assistant Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver asset budgets (revenue, opex, capex) and manage income and arrears
Oversee lease administration, rent reviews and reporting
Support strategic asset plans and capital works delivery




Drive tenant engagement and manage key relationships
Coordinate fit-outs and make-good obligations
Oversee facilities performance, consultants and contractors
Maintain consistent property management standards and mentor the Assistant Property Manager

About You

You are commercially driven, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple office assets within a structured environment.

Experience in managing commercial real estate
Robust financial acumen and budget management capability
Proven experience managing lease negotiations and renewals
Sound knowledge of compliance, risk and essential services obligations
Advanced reporting skills with solid Excel capability
