Position Title: Order Planner - PM Shift
Location: Keysborough, Victoria, Australia
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day release of set order run times across all order divisions.
Control Order Planner administrative functions, including emails and liaison with Customer Service, Commercial, and DC Management.
Manage and maintain the export process from order release through to dispatch.
Ensure a high level of effective departmental planning.
Support other functions within the administration team, including DC Support.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the ANZ Operations team onsite at the Keysborough Distribution Centre.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role.
Experience using a warehouse management system.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.




Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage responsibilities independently.
Commitment to the afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:36pm.
