We're looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist and proven people leader to lead our Knox salon.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll balance delivering exceptional treatments to clients with leading your team to achieve outstanding results.

About the Role
As our Working Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the salon.
You'll work alongside your team in the treatment room while overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, driving business performance and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.
You'll lead through action, setting the standard for service, professionalism and client care while creating a positive, high‐performing culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional waxing, tanning and skin treatments to Brazilian Butterfly's high standards.
Lead, coach and develop your team through regular feedback, mentoring and performance conversations.
Drive salon performance by achieving revenue, retail, productivity and client retention targets.
Manage day‐to‐day salon operations, including rostering, stock management, inventory control and wage performance.
Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies to improve salon results.
Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
Create an engaging, positive and accountable team culture.




Ensure every client receives exceptional service from consultation through to aftercare.
About You
You'll be an experienced Beauty Therapist who enjoys balancing client care with leading and developing a successful team.
You'll have:
A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification.
A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience within a beauty or salon environment.
Confidence performing Brazilian waxing, body waxing and spray tanning.
Experience in skin treatments is highly regarded.
A genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing KPIs, wage costs and business performance.
Experience managing stock, inventory and salon operations efficiently.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem‐solving skills.
A hands‐on leadership style, leading by example and supporting your team during busy periods.
