DutiesProvide quality nursing practice within an Aboriginal primary health care model of service by assisting the primary health care team and effectively plan workload to achieve results.Develop and maintain relationships with community organisations, hospitals,



and other stakeholders.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Primary Health Clinic, integrating culturally safe practices.Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ATSICHS Policy and procedures in line with AGPAL Accreditation Standards.CultureEnjoy working in an organisation that makes a different in the community.

Permanent Full Time position.Work for a leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, community-controlled organisation.COVID-19 RequirementImmunisation history showing you have receivedtwo doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged.RequiredBachelor's degree in nursing or higher.Full un-restricted AHPRA registration.Ability to support a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.Knowledge of culturally safe practices and sensitivity towards Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Minimum 3 years' experience in Primary Health Care.Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.Evidence of Work Rights.PreferredKnowledge of and experience working with – MMEx.Only successful applicants will be contacted.
