Join our well-established Nambour clinic as the Office Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-performing allied health team.

This is a full time role stepping into a clinic with strong systems, a supportive admin team, and 10+ clinicians including Physios, EPs, Podiatrists and Remedial Massage Therapists.

You’ll work closely with the Practice Leader to keep things running smoothly while leading a high-volume front desk environment with strong patient demand and third-party billing.

What You’ll Do
Lead clinic admin operations and front desk performance
Support and lead a team of 4 admin staff
Oversee billing (HICAPS, Medicare/DVA, WorkCover, third party)
Manage rostering, onboarding and training
Monitor KPIs and support clinic performance
Coordinate referrer relationships and clinic communication
Identify ways to improve systems and workflow

About You
Experienced in medical/allied health admin leadership
Confident managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic
Strong with systems, billing processes and organisation
A proactive leader who enjoys improving processes and supporting team success
