Barwon Health in Geelong is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Primary Care team. You will deliver person-centred OT services, support community members toward greater independence and work within a multidisciplinary group to provide integrated care.
The successful candidate will manage an independent caseload, contribute to service improvements and supervise junior staff. AHPRA registration and Green level SWEP prescriber status are required.
