About The Role:
As a Residential Aged Care Physiotherapist, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, managing both acute and chronic conditions to enhance mobility, function, and independence.
You'll be supported by a collaborative team that values excellence and client-focused care.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Support clients with mobility, falls prevention, pain management,



equipment needs, and more

What You Will Need:
A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration
Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & National Police Check
Driver's license and access to a car - essential
