You will coordinate line resources, schedule tasks, and oversee secure operation of Debone lines while ensuring workers are trained in safety and quality standards.The role requires at least 2 years in food processing and prior lead experience, strong teamwork, and a hands-on leadership approach to maintain GMP and USDA guidelines, with a flexible schedule including weekends.
