We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly team in Camberwell on a Part Time basis.
Supporting the Accounts Receivable and wider Finance team, you will play a critical role in Accounts Receivable and the operational success in Australasia.What you will be doing:Processing resident admissions, invoices and direct debits into the finance systemTimely processing of payment receipts, Government assessments and fee updatesReconciling subsidies, Government claim statements and resident billing recordsProviding reports and analysis to Finance and Facility managersResponding to queries from residents, families and facility teamsContributing to annual financial auditsMonitoring debts, following up and collection of debt occursMaintaining Accounts Receivable systems and assisting with other Accounting duties as requiredAbout You:Strong background in Accounts ReceivablePrevious experience in Aged Care / knowledge of Government funding models preferred but not essentialOutstanding communication skills; ability to interact with residents,
