$80,000–$95,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)

An established and growing construction business based in North Melbourne is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join its finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected organisation in a rapid-paced environment where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function and work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
High-volume invoice processing, matching and coding
Supplier statement reconciliations
Preparing and processing payment runs
Resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepancies
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with month-end close and reporting
Supporting the wider finance team as required
Building solid relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

About YouTo be considered for this chance, you will have:
3–10 years' Accounts Payable experience




Previous experience working within the construction industry (essential)
Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Full Australian working rights
