Service Technician Plumber

Perform installs, services, repairs and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems for a global leader in sustainable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot using service manuals, computerised diagnostics and general technical experience.
Conduct diagnostics for repairs and complete assessments for customers.
Liaise with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and arrange follow‑up appointments when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Qualified plumber with full trade qualifications.
Experience as a field service technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc.) – desirable but not essential.




Solid fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve productive issue resolution.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Full Australian driver’s licence.
