VACCA is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports Aboriginal children and families. The Nugel Practice Lead will play a key role supporting Nugel program staff, working with Aboriginal communities, government, and sector partners to strive for better outcomes and to build the capacity of families so children can remain at home safely or transition home.
The role requires leadership in engaging children, families, and carers, assessing risk, and applying VACCA frameworks.
