An exciting prospect exists for an experienced and commercially minded eCommerce Manager to lead the digital growth strategy for a scaling consumer products brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of the eCommerce function, driving online revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and overall digital performance.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy to drive sustainable growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand positioning.
Manage and optimise the online store experience, focusing on key performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and average order value.
Drive a culture of continuous testing, optimisation, and data‑led decision making across all digital channels.




Analyse and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
Partner closely with product, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver successful product launches and a seamless customer experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviours to identify new growth prospects.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate
Proven experience leading eCommerce growth for a consumer‑facing brand.
Strong understanding of online trading.
Experience managing a Shopify website.
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into commercial outcomes.
Commercially focused, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced growth environment.
