Your recent role

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Working within a dedicated payroll service team, your responsibilities will include:
managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Processing end-to-end payroll and establishment transactions
Validating payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance
Providing administrative support including data entry, spreadsheet management and document preparation
Delivering high-quality customer service and responding to payroll-related enquiries




Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal stakeholders
Assisting with process improvements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting a collaborative team environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines

What you’ll need to succeed
Previous payroll, administration or data processing experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
