FAMILY HEALTH MEDICAL CENTRE – Craigieburn VICWe are busy Medical Centre located in Craigieburn and currently recruiting an Experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly teamAs a Registered/Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our GPs and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:Conducting triage and coordinating patient flowImmunisations and wound careChronic disease management and care plansECGs and other clinical proceduresAssisting with minor proceduresMaintaining clinical documentation and infection control standardsMaintaining infection control and cold chain protocolsSupporting quality improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered/ Enrolled NurseExperience in general practice or primary care preferredStrong clinical judgement and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA warm, patientfocused approachAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to maintaining high standards of care and complianceKnowledge of Best Practice software preferred.This is permanent part time /full time and attractive hourly rate would be paid to correct candidate.
