In this hands‐on role, you'll provide Level 1 and 2 technical support across multiple sites, delivering excellent service while building your skills across modern technologies, cloud platforms and business systems.
Ideal for someone early in their IT career, this role offers genuine opportunities to develop into Systems Administration and Infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email and IT Service Desk platformsTroubleshoot hardware, software, desktop and mobile device issuesSupport Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and business applicationsConfigure and deploy desktops, laptops and mobile devicesManage and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timeframesAssist with Business Central and SAP supportSupport system upgrades, patching and technology rolloutsCreate user guides,



documentation and training materialsDeliver remote and onsite support to offices, operations and farming locations across VictoriaWork with external vendors and third‐party technology providersAbout YouApproximately 1+ years' experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support roleKnowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environmentsExposure to Active Directory and/or Entra ID administrationExperience using IT Service Management (ITSM) toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication skills and a customer‐first mindsetThe ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demandsA willingness to learn recent technologies and develop your technical capabilityA current Victorian Driver's LicenceITIL Foundation certification (Desirable Experience)Experience with Halo, ManageEngine, NinjaOne, TeamViewer or similar platforms (Desirable Experience)Exposure to ERP systems such as Business Central or SAP (Desirable Experience)Why Join Us?
