Projects typically range from $1M-$25M+, offering the opportunity to manage complex sites with the support of an established, high-performing team.

About The Role

We are looking to identify an experienced Site Manager to deliver projects in the Fit-Out and Refurbishment sector across Brisbane.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with client expectations.

Requirements




Proven experience working on similar projects as a Site Manager
Manage all in office construction activities, subcontractors, and site personnel
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Drive a solid safety culture and maintain compliance with company and legislative requirements
Monitor site progress, resolve in office issues, and proactively manage project risks
