About The Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead convenience & QSR operations within Western Australia, ensuring safety, service excellence, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance across multi‑temperature warehouse operations and transport distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end‑to‑end site performance, from warehouse operations to store delivery.
Develop high‑performing supervisors, site leaders and support teams.
Lead safety initiatives, food safety compliance and maintain standards of excellence.
Engage customers, resolve problems and drive service improvement.
Control labour, cost and P & L to maximise value for Lineage and partners.
Deploy national standards and breakthrough strategies across the network.

Qualifications




Extensive experience in operations, ideally logistics or transport.
Proven leadership in a quick‑paced retail distribution workplace.
Experience in multi‑temperature operations and route distribution.
Excellence in customer management, influencing and building trust.
Strategic mindset paired with hands‑on leadership.
Comfort making bold decisions, challenging the status quo and encouraging innovation.
