Full Time Workshop Based Role in Mulgrave. Looking for Mechanically Minded Individuals.
Responsibilities
Conduct customer-focused scheduled and ‘breakdown' services
Record notes and file service records appropriately – be part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help customers solve their material handling needs
Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics
Keep up to date with industry trends, recent products and services
Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
Qualifications
