You will coordinate return-to-work activities, manage claims administration, support compliance obligations and help drive positive recovery and wellbeing outcomes for team members.
This role provides exposure to all Australian Workers Compensation schemes across a diverse range of businesses in retail, trade, service and supply chain operations.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in injury management, workers compensation administration or return-to-work coordination,
or for someone looking to take the next step and build a career in injury management and workplace wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support return-to-work cases, ensuring activities are completed in line with legislative and company requirementsPrepare and manage workers compensation claim documentation, including medical certificates, wage information and supporting recordsMonitor claim progress, maintain case records and escalates risks or concerns where requiredSupport the development and implementation of Return-to-Work plans and early intervention initiativesAct as a key liaison between employees, leaders, People & Culture, Payroll, insurers and rehabilitation providersMaintain accurate records and reporting within injury management systems, ensuring compliance and data integritySupport wellbeing initiatives and assist with the delivery of employee wellbeing programs across the businessAssist with reporting, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement activities within the RTW functionQualificationsYou are an empathetic and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about supporting employees through the return-to-work process.You Will BringRelevant qualification or equivalent experience in injury management, return to work, claims management, allied health or a related field.Experience in return-to-work coordination, injury management,
workers compensation administration or a related fieldKnowledge of workers compensation legislation and injury management principlesStrong administrative and case management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesHigh attention to detail and data accuracyStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesA collaborative and customer-focused approachAdditional InformationWhy join Bapcor?
