and purchase optionsMaintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-upGuide customers through the complete sales process: enquiries, test drive bookings (with nearby partner locations), quotations, CRM updates, and contract signingSupport showroom activities, promotions, and EV education eventsWork towards individual and dealership sales targetsEnsure excellent customer experience in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail environmentStay updated on BYD models, EV features, delivery timelines, and industry trendsWhat We're Looking ForRequired2+ years of sales experience (automotive, retail, luxury goods, technology, or real estate preferred)Excellent communication and customer engagement skillsStrong customer service mindset with a qualified approachProven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIsComfortable working in a dynamic retail environment with high foot trafficWillingness to learn EV technology and CRM systemsHighly RegardedAutomotive or luxury retail experienceExperience working in shopping centre retail environmentsPassion for electric vehicles and sustainabilityBilingual ability (English + Mandarin) is an advantageWhat We Offer$60,000 base salary + SuperannuationUncapped commissions — realistic OTE $90,000–$120,000+Comprehensive BYD training: EV knowledge, CRM, and customer experienceHigh customer exposure due to major shopping centre foot trafficStrong lead flow and brand visibilityOpportunities for career progression across our expanding dealership networkModern retail showroom with a premium brand imageWhy Join Harmony BYD ?
