Casual Rates - Full-time HoursTemp-to-PermKey Responsibilities:Assemble fibre optic and mechanical components according to work instructions and technical drawingsLoading & unloadingPerform 100% self-inspection of your work before passing it to the next stageEnsure all assemblies meet strict quality standards on the first pass (minimal rework)Complete tasks within defined production times specified in work instructionsUse hand tools and precision equipment (e.g. rivet guns, torque tools, measurement tools)Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace (5S standards)Identify and raise any quality or process issues immediatelyLicences, Skills & Experience Required:Previous experience in manual assembly, precision work,



or similar technical environmentDriver's LicenceUnlimited Australian Work RightsStrong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsAbility to read and follow work instructions (technical drawings is a plus)Experience with quality-focused work environments preferredYou are reliable and consistent — attendance and punctuality are criticalYou are comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work for extended periodsYou naturally work with precision and care, but without unnecessary slownessYou take responsibility for your own quality — you do not rely on others to catch mistakesYou are able to follow standard procedures exactly as definedYou are hands-on and enjoy working with tools and fine assemblyDriver's LicencePlease note that you need to reside in Australia to be considered for this position.
