We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Toddler Room Leader to lead our 2-3-year-old learning environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about childrens learning and values a Montessori approach alongside the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

About the Role
Lead and inspire a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs.
Create a calm, engaging and thoughtfully prepared learning environment.
Plan and implement meaningful experiences based on the EYLF and Montessori approach.
Foster children's independence, confidence and love of learning.
Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
Mentor and support educators through coaching and collaboration.




Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard.
Work closely with the Educational Leader and Campus Manager to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Has previous experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Is confident mentoring and supporting educators
Has excellent knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards
Holds a current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
