Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at one of our client's locations, Wingham.

Responsibilities
People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention
Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management
PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation
Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident
Reports for VEVO checks
Management of clients and employees
Attendance management

To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.

You will also:
Have experience managing people and teams
Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable
Have a Drivers licence and vehicle
Be willing to obtain a Police Check
Be vaccinated against against COVID-19
Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFever
