They operate at a pace and standard that requires exceptional support behind the scenes.About the RoleThis is a dedicated Business Manager role supporting a team of top performing sales agents.
You'll be the operational backbone managing everything from listings administration and compliance through to marketing, client communication and business reporting, so the agents can stay focused on what they do best.This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing all sales administration, compliance and documentation from appraisal through to settlementCoordinating all marketing activity across digital, print and social for the team's listingsLiaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders throughout the sales processFull CRM management including database maintenance, templates, workflows and reportingTracking and approving marketing campaigns, handling receivables and coordinating with accountsSupporting with exchanges,
