construction documentation and contract administrationManaging day-to-day coordination of consultant reports, documents and project filesAssisting with client consultation and translating design briefs into conceptsStaying up to date with design trends, technologies and planning regulationsOur ideal candidate will have:An Architectural Bachelor's and/or Master's degreeMinimum 3 year's experience in architectureExperience with single and multi-residential projects (renovations and new builds) preferredStrong proficiency in ArchiCAD; Sketchup experience highly regardedConfident with Microsoft Office and Adobe (Acrobat, Photoshop)Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skillsA keen eye for detail balanced with big-picture thinkingA collaborative, positive attitude and robust work ethic
