Take The Next Step in Your Wills & Estates CareerJoin an established Brisbane commercial law firm and work within an experienced succession team across estate planning, estate administration and related advisory matters.Working directly with a Partner, Senior Associate and Consultant, you will have the support to strengthen your technical skills while taking greater ownership of files and client relationships.This role will suit a Wills & Estates Lawyer who has built a solid foundation and is ready for more responsibility, broader exposure and the opportunity to continue progressing within a well-established practice.The RoleDrafting wills, including testamentary trust willsPreparing enduring powers of attorney and related estate planning documentsAdvising clients on estate planning and succession strategiesManaging deceased estate administration mattersReviewing family trusts, company structures and asset arrangementsPreparing supporting succession and asset planning documentationLiaising directly with clients,
