No prior workers compensation experience is required.
If you have experience in customer service, insurance, healthcare, rehabilitation, claims, administration, employment services, or another people-focused profession, we'll provide the training, support, and career pathways to help you succeed.This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career within a global organisation while helping injured workers navigate their recovery and return-to-work journey.As a New to Scheme Case Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims and support injured workers, employers, healthcare providers and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.Your responsibilities will include:Managing workers compensation claims in line with legislative and compliance requirementsSupporting injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journeyBuilding strong relationships with employers, workers and treatment providersGathering information,
