The restaurant has a unique atmosphere and ambience which is dedicated to our African heritage whilst still having reference to Australian surroundings.The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chefs who are committed to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a qualified and hardworking team.To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced,



high volume environmentPrepare all dishes to The Meat & Wine Co standardA relevant Diploma qualification OR at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experienceExperience cooking over a char-grill essentialAdvanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its serviceStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsEffective communication skills to maintain a secure and friendly working environmentImpeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standardsEnsure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays.Join our company as we expand and grow.
