We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Credit Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will act as an intermediary between clients and lending institutions, helping individuals and businesses secure suitable mortgage solutions.
This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
We are also open to hearing from experienced Loan Processors or Loan Officers who are looking to take the next step in their career and transition into a Credit Analyst role.The Role:Assess clients' financial situations, needs, and goals to recommend appropriate mortgage productsSource and compare loan options from a panel of lenders to find the best fit for clientsGuide clients through the mortgage application process from initial consultation to settlementCollect and verify financial documentation (income, credit history, assets, liabilities)Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactionsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesStay up to date with mortgage products, interest rates,



and lending criteriaBuild and maintain solid relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referralsProvide ongoing support and advice to client's post settlementKey Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Officer, or similar role (preferred)Relevant licensing or accreditation (e.g., Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking in Australia)Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and financial regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to interpret company financials and tax returns to provide tailored recommendationsProficiency in CRM systems and mortgage/lending softwareCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve financial goalsStrong networking and relationship-building capabilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targetsEthical and compliant approach to financial services
