If you want to be part of a successful, dedicated and loyal team and you want to build great relationships at work then MCP is looking for you.Qualifications & experienceExperienced shipping container surveyor.Pro-active attitude towards workplace health and safety.Ability to work independently but also be an key part of the operations team.IICL certificate preferred however training is also provided.Experience using handheld devices and the 1-Stop operating system preferred but not essential.A desire to exceed customer expectations and attention to detailTasks & responsibilitiesInspect and assess a variety of containers received at our site as per our customer criteria and produce repair estimates according to the inspection.Using a handheld device, submit repair estimates in our internal depot operating system within customer required time frames.Use you experience to ensure all inspections are completed to the highest standard and all damage in accurately detailed and recorded with digital images.Work within the operations team to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our valued clients.Understanding of workloads with the ability to plan the use of time effectively ensuring inspections and estimates are completed in required time frames.Be proactive with regards to workplace health and safety and follow company OH&S; policiesOpportunities for upskilling, multiple departments for training and alternative career paths.In-house training and succession planning.
