Our diversified client base ranges from publicly listed companies to family-owned businesses.
You can expect to work on advising our clients on a full spectrum of commercial matters, from corporate transactions to structuring and governance to a range of small and large development and related property transactions.What we are looking for1-2 years experience in commercial and property lawDemonstratable teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independentlyCommercial nous and confidence in building solid relationships with clients to gain an intricate understanding of their business' needsExcellent technical, analytical, communication and research skills to contribute to the delivery of commercially astute adviceExperience with PEXA is preferred but not required, as training will be providedBanking and finance law experience would be helpful but is not required
