stock control and cost managementTrain and develop junior chefsEnsure food safety and compliance standards are consistently metAbout you:Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef ready to step upCalm under pressure with excellent time management skillsPassionate about quality food and leading by exampleStrong communication and organisational skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhat's in it for you?
