Leadership & Learning (L&L;)What you'll doDesign and develop engaging learning experiences that support the implementation of digital tools.Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored educational content.RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A relevant degree in education, instructional design, or a similar discipline.Nice to haveFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone.Experience in the legal or skilled services sector.Skills & toolsE-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Final Cut Pro).
