We're looking for an experienced Roster Coordinator who stays sharp and composed in a fast-moving workplace, juggles competing priorities with ease, and genuinely cares about the outcome for both our clients and our support workers.The roleYou'll manage day-to-day rostering across our community-based aged/home care and NDIS services, ensuring shifts are covered, compliance is maintained, and both clients and support workers are well looked after.
Alongside rostering, you'll provide broader office administration support, including managing incoming calls, staff compliance documentation, data entry, and correspondence.Full-time positionHybrid workingReporting directly to the General ManagerBased in PrestonRostering duties include:End-to-end rostering of support workers across community aged care and NDIS servicesManaging last-minute changes, shift cancellations, and unplanned gaps in coverageMatching client needs and preferences to appropriate support workersMaintaining rostering compliance (worker screening, qualifications, availability)Office administration duties include:Answering and managing incoming callsMaintaining staff compliance records and documentationGeneral data entry and record-keepingHandling correspondence with clients, staff, and external stakeholdersWhat we offer$75,000–$85,000 + superannuation,

Our clients trust us to get their care right and rostering is where that trust is won or lost.About youExperienced in rostering within aged care and/or NDIS, ideally in community-based settingsCalm and capable in a fast-paced environment — you can juggle multiple rostering demands at once while keeping accuracy front of mindAgile and adaptable — you see change as a normal part of the job, not a disruption to itA genuine heart for client care and excellent customer service, with every decision made through that lensOrganised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesConfident communicator, comfortable handling calls and correspondence professionallyReliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid arrangementYou will needDemonstrated experience in rostering within aged care and/or NDIS community servicesStrong working knowledge of rostering software and systemsExperience managing staff compliance documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNDIS Worker Screening Clearance / National Police CheckCertificate III and/or IV in Individual Support or Community Services preferred, though not essential
