About the roleThe Senior Advisor supports the Executive General Manager Community (Marketing & Behaviour Change) by driving strategic priorities, coordinating divisional uplift initiatives, and ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery of key organisational outcomes.
About the TeamReporting to the Executive General Manager, Community (Marketing & Behaviour Change) this role operates within the Community Division.
This division is committed to engaging, educating, and influencing the Victorian community, stakeholders, and our people.
Our aim is to build trust in the TAC, empower our people, foster a safety-first road culture, and support delivery of the best outcomes and TAC experiences for our clients, providers and wider community.
What we're looking forStrategic Program Leadership,



Transformation and Change ManagementDemonstrated experience leading and supporting strategic programs, organisational transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities, with strong project and change management capabilities.
Governance, Performance and Delivery ExcellenceProven ability to establish governance frameworks, implementation plans and performance reporting processes that drive accountability, manage risk and deliver outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement, Influence and CommunicationExceptional communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, achieve cross functional outcomes, and foster trust in a culturally inclusive, person-centred environment.
