Vetcall is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated veterinary industry Practice Manager to lead two small animal clinics on the Gold Coast.Vetcall Mermaid (Q Store) is situated in our local shopping village amongst the pristine waterways, with sister clinic Vetcall Burleigh located 10 minutes away in Burleigh Waters.Together, we provide exceptional veterinary care to a loyal and growing community of pet owners.

You will oversee operations, people, and performance, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating all aspects of client care, nursing, and veterinary servicesDriving customer experience, client engagement, social media and loyalty initiativesManaging clinic performance including budgets, payroll, stock control, and P&LOverseeing; compliance, workplace health and safety, facilities,



and presentation standardsChampioning continuous improvement initiatives and key projectsPartnering closely with Lead Vets, Head Nurses, and regional leadershipFostering a positive team culture focused on wellbeing, communication, and developmentBuilding strong relationships with clients, community partners, and suppliersAbout YouYou are a confident and capable leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
