We're looking for a sales leader who wants to drive a showroom, not just manage it Someone who gets a buzz from hitting targets, building teams, and winning customers that keep coming back.

Our Coleraine showroom on the Somerset Road is a well-established, high-footfall site with a solid customer base and a real opportunity to push performance to the next level.
Your job is to make that happen.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving showroom sales performance and owning your branch targets and KPIsLeading, coaching, and developing your sales team to consistently exceed expectationsManaging all day-to-day showroom operations - from stock and presentation to opening/closingBuilding robust relationships with customers, designers, developers, and trade accountsUsing sales data to identify opportunities, adapt rapid, and keep the team focusedRepresenting Bathshack in the local market and driving brand presence in Coleraine.
Working as a keyholder and taking full accountability for the site
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, including Saturday working.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to know bathrooms inside out (though it helps).
What you do need is a proven track record of leading sales teams, hitting targets, and raising standards around you.

Demonstrated success in a sales management role - ideally with evidenced resultsExperience managing, motivating, and developing a teamStrong coaching instincts - you make the people around you better at what they doComfortable with data - you use it to drive decisions, not just report themExcellent communicator - with customers, with your team, and with senior leadershipEmotionally intelligent - you lead with credibility, not just authorityFlexible to travel occasionally for training and induction events
