Skilled Beauty Solutions is one of Australia's fastest-growing distributors of professional skincare and aesthetic technologies and we're looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager to own and grow our WA territory.
This isn't a traditional sales role.
You'll work as a genuine growth partner to clinics, medi-spas, and salons helping them build stronger businesses while you build a standout career.

With a team of 50+ across sales, marketing, training, customer service, and operations, you'll have genuine infrastructure behind you.

The Role
Based in WA, you'll manage and grow an established client portfolio across medical aesthetics, salons, and spas.
Your focus will be on:
Driving sales growth across a portfolio of 15 premium brands
Identifying and converting new business opportunities across your territory
Coaching clinic and salon owners on business performance, menu design, pricing strategy, and profitability
Delivering product demonstrations, in-clinic training, and group workshops




Advising partners on marketing and brand positioning to strengthen their competitive edge
Maintaining accurate reporting and CRM activity to support your own performance visibility
About You
You bring:
Proven BDM or sales experience in cosmeceutical skincare or aesthetic devices (LED, microneedling, or similar)
A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent industry background
Strong coaching ability and a genuine interest in helping partners grow their businesses
Confident public speaking and facilitation skills
High organisation, self-motivation, and emotional intelligence
A proactive, professional presence, in person and on screen
WA-based with your own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the territory
Computer literacy across Excel, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Teams
