We are a busy public practice accounting firm seeking a full time Receptionist who brings professionalism, organisation and warmth to our front desk - all with a friendly smile.

The role:
Answering the telephone in a polite, timely and productive manner
Conveying messages promptly
Booking appointments and diary management
Developing excellent rapport and providing exceptional service to customers
Document and correspondence preparation
Mail, incoming and outgoing
Working with a wide range of electronic and IT applications
Data entry
Ad hoc administration projects
What we need in you:
A positive,



friendly and outgoing disposition (this is non-negotiable - we want our clients feeling welcome as soon as they walk through our doors)
A go getter attitude who is happy to take on whatever is thrown at them
Well developed organisational and time management capabilities
Ability to deal with all types of customers and build strong customer relationships
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
Ability to work as a team
