About the role
Base salary from $127,400 per annum (plus super)
Based at our Rocherlea depot, the role of
Work Group Coordinator
at TasNetworks plays a critical part in the safe and efficient delivery of work (both customer-driven and network maintenance) within budget and set time frames and covers a range of functions including:
Plan and coordinate regional work programs that support a range of stakeholders
Scope and assess work requirements through both desktop analysis and field inspections across a large regional area.
(including equipment, materials, and resources)
Maintain and manage scheduling activities within SAP, including troubleshooting system-related issues.
Organising effective network outages
Leading and fostering a culture of safety first within the team
Liaising with customers, external service providers and stakeholders
Leading and supporting the work crews in the technical aspects of the work
About you
You will offer strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to solve problems and make effective, timely decisions whilst providing professional and accurate technical advice.You will have a Tasmanian electrical practitioner's licence with demonstrated experience in providing high quality outcomes in complex environments.
You will be available to perform overtime and participate in an on-call roster, highlighting a strong safety first focus, whilst consistently looking for business improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
