We're Hiring | Disability Support Workers – Sunshine Coast - Caloundra Area
SCILL is seeking professional, reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team across the Sunshine Coast.
These casual positions offer consistent and predictable shifts, with workers matched to the same participants each day or week to ensure continuity of care and strong relationships.
About the Role
This role involves a combination of in-home support and community access, depending on the participant's needs.
Shifts range from 2–8 hours and are available Monday through Sunday.
You will be supported by an experienced Team Leader who provides guidance and helps maintain high standards of care.

Requirements
Experience as a parent, carer, or support worker
Driver's licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
Blue Card
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR




Certificate in disability work, aged care, or willingness to obtain

Essential Criteria
Excellent communication and listening skills
High level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to view people with disability as valued individuals with human rights
Commitment to a person-centred approach
Certificate in disability work, aged care, or willingness to obtain
Smartphone with internet access and ability to send short reports via email
Current NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check obtained within the last 12 months
Valid Queensland driver licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle
Able to work in Australia with no restrictions on hours
Ability to commit to the same days and times each week
