Struxture is seeking a Site Manager to deliver pharmaceutical and education‑fit‑out and refurbishment projects valued at approximately $2m, initially in the eastern suburbs and moving to an inner northern suburb.

The role

This role is ideal for a Site Manager who is robust on systems, process and site governance, and who takes pride in running protected, organised and high‑quality sites.

Key focus areas
End‑to‑end site management from establishment through to handover
Strong ownership of WHS systems and compliance




Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme discipline
Driving quality outcomes and efficient defect close‑out
Working confidently within live or sensitive health settings

What we’re looking for?
Proven experience delivering fit‑out and refurbishment projects
Strong capability with Procore and Hammertech
Experience in health, aged care or similarly regulated environments
Clear communicator with a calm, solutions‑focused leadership style
Trade background or construction qualification preferred
