What You’ll Be Doing




Lead day‑to‑day kitchen operations as the 2IC to our Head Chef
Maintain high food quality, consistency, and safety standards
Coach and develop a team of Cooks to help elevate their skills
Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
Set the tone during busy services and create a positive team culture
Ensure every guest enjoys a outstanding food experience, every time

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings:
You hold a valid WWCC, First Aid & CPR certificate or you're willing to obtain
Experience in high‑volume kitchens (leadership experience highly regarded)
A calm, organised approach under pressure
A passion for mentoring others
Pride in consistency, safety, and high standards
A team‑first attitude and alignment with our values
