Key Responsibilities
Providing executive support including diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
Preparing presentations, reports, agendas and board documentation
Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinating internal communication and stakeholder engagement
Supporting project delivery and organisational priorities across the business
Assisting with event coordination and executive administration

About You
Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Exceptional organisational and time management skills




Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused approach
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across multiple systems
