The Role:
You'll be out in hail-affected neighborhoods, identifying homes that may have damage and engaging directly with homeowners to introduce our service.
The Service:
You will NEVER ask anyone for payment of any kind!
We offer to manage insurance claims on behalf of homeowners who are located in areas that have been affected by severe hailstorms.
Rather than charging these homeowners a fee, they agree to use our builder once the claim is settled in exchange for our management services.
Our builder pays us a fee so that our clients don't have to!
Its a phenomenal service and clients love the work we do.
Your role is to onboard as many clients as possible to our services.
If you can communicate well, this will be very easy for you.




What You'll Do:
• Engage face-to-face with homeowners
• Clearly communicate our service and how it advantages them
• Confidently handle questions and objections
• Guide interested homeowners through sign-up and hand them to our claims team
• Complete paperwork and lodge claims online or by phone
• Build genuine rapport and represent TPM professionally
What You'll Bring:
• Winner's mentality — no experience required
• Confidence in communicating
• Well-presented and professional
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, in QLD conditions
