The Role
In this senior position, you'll play a key role in growing a profitable portfolio by:
Developing recent broker relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
Identifying growth opportunities and delivering on sales plans.
Underwriting and pricing new and renewal business within delegated authority.
Acting as a trusted partner and technical expert to brokers and colleagues.
Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
About You
You'll be someone who brings energy and commercial drive, along with:
A proven background in
Plant & Equipment or related Commercial Motor classes




A strong sales and business development mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Solid technical underwriting experience and understanding of risk.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Motivation, confidence, and professionalism in everything you do.
