You Will
Work with individuals with psychological injuries to support safe return to workConduct work-focused psychological and vocational assessmentsIdentify barriers using evidence-based toolsDevelop solutions and strategies that are meaningful and impactfulApply psychology in real-world settings - workplaces, employers, systemsUse approaches like:Motivational interviewingBehavioural activationGraded exposureWork focused cognitive behavioural therapyProvide psychosocial advice to employers and stakeholdersSupport career transitions and new employment pathways

What You Won't Be Doing
Sitting in a room doing 6 - 8 therapy sessions dailyLong-term, open-ended treatment workWorking in isolation
What You Will Be Responsible For
Managing a structured caseloadDelivering measurable outcomesCommunicating proactively with stakeholdersDriving recovery forward - not just maintaining it
