TRI Service Solutions is a growing, family-owned business delivering high-quality plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance services across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Plumber or HVAC Plumber to join our team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing and HVAC works, including:
Split system and ducted air conditioning installations
Heat pump hot water installations
General plumbing and maintenance
Current home and renovation plumbing
Fault finding and repairs
Working alongside our electrical and refrigeration teams
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality workmanship

What We're Looking For
Qualified Plumber (Victorian Licence or Registered Plumber)
Experience in HVAC plumbing highly regarded
Experience installing split systems and heat pump hot water systems (preferred)
Current White Card
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Robust attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable
Refrigerant handling experience (working alongside refrigeration mechanics)
Gas servicing experience
Experience with VEU upgrade programs
Excavator, EWP or Working at Heights tickets
