We are looking for a Patient Services Officer (Medical Administration) to join our supportive team at our Wembley Oncology Clinic in a full time capacity.
In this patient‐facing role, you will play a key part in creating a positive experience for our patients and supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the clinic.
You will bring professionalism, compassion, and strong organisational skills to a fast‐paced and rewarding healthcare workplace.ResponsibilitiesManage day to day administrative and clerical activities to support clinic operationsCoordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, updating, and confirming bookingsProcess billing, receipting, and related administrative tasks accurately and efficientlyMaintain accurate patient information across clinical and administrative systemsPrepare, scan, file, and manage documentation in accordance with privacy and compliance requirementsMaintain organised and up to date patient records and administrative filesSupport effective clinic workflows through proactive and efficient administrationCollaborate with internal teams regarding schedules, patient documentation, and operational processesPrioritise and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a busy environmentRequirementsA passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer serviceStrong communication and organisational skills,
